SN3 SPONSORS 16TH ANNUAL ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE

NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Dec. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) announced today that its SN3 (Stoller Newport News Nuclear) subsidiary sponsored the 16th annual Energy, Technology and Environmental Business Association (ETEBA) Business Opportunities Conference. The conference took place Dec. 8-10 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The conference offered companies the chance to network with professionals from across the energy, technology and environmental supply chain. The ETEBA’s mission is to promote the success of its members by fostering market understanding, identifying business opportunities and advocating for common interests.

Frazer Lockhart, SN3’s assistant vice president, moderated an “Updates and Opportunities” panel, and Gerald Boyd, SN3’s vice president of business development, participated in the “Market Outlook from the Large Business Perspective” roundtable discussion.

“ETEBA has been a strong voice for the business community for more than 20 years,” Boyd said. “We support their mission in maintaining awareness of key issues and promoting continued and expanded opportunities for business growth.”

SN3 is a full-service nuclear operations and environmental services company that combines the expertise of HII’s S.M. Stoller Corp. and Newport News Nuclear subsidiaries. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, the new company, announced in January, provides Department of Energy and Department of Defense markets with a one-stop resource for nuclear operations and environmental service capabilities.
